These terms govern your access to and use of CompliWiseAI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
CompliWiseAI generates draft compliance documentation based on the information you provide. It is a documentation tool that accelerates your compliance work.
Not legal advice or certification
CompliWiseAI is not a law firm, auditor, or certification body, and the documents it produces do not constitute legal advice or certification. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting and implementing the documentation, and for engaging an accredited body for any certification.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your organization.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to produce unlawful or misleading documentation.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the company information and documents in your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process them to provide the Service.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to comply with the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Changes
